Club canceled activity - full refund
Cancellations up to seven days before the activity/reservation - full refund.
Cancellations three days before the activity/reservation, 8 p.m. - 50% refund.
Cancellations that are less than three days before the activity/reservation, 8 p.m. - no refund.
If you cancel, in accordance with our cancellation policy, your refund will be issued in the form of Coupons which may be used for a future stay.

No refund for no shows. If you No-Show three times within one ski season, the Board of Directors may suspend your membership for up to six months.
All payments are final. We do not provide refunds for membership signups and renewals, acts of God, including road and resort closures, resort blackout dates, event registrations, donations, storefront purchases, or other misc. charges. Refunds for semi-private room cancellations are based on our cancellation policy and will be provided in the form of coupons to be used for future lodge stays. The refund policy is set by Apres Ski & Social Club. If refunds are available, requests must be directed to Apres Ski & Social Club - they cannot be handled by ClubExpress.
