The Apres Ski & Social Club is a not for profit organization with a Board of Directors. Officers include the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.

Elections for the four Officers are held in March of every year and the term is May through April.

Additional Board members are appointed during the term for the following positions:
- IT Director
- Property Director
- Race Director
- Regional Director
- Social Media Director
- Webops Director
- Reservations Director
- Welcome Committee Director
- Membership Director
- Lodge Resident Manager
- BAC Representative
- Trip Leader
- Project Manager
These positions are held for a two-year term.
